Justine Murekatete is the Administrative and Program Manager at Shield Associates. She
provides day to day administrative and financial support to the firm’s activities and Clients. She
is the program manager for the anti- human trafficking program that is implemented in
collaboration with Love Justice International, where she oversees tracking operations and
reporting. She advises clients on tax requirements and compliance matters within Rwanda’s
legal framework. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in
finance from the Independent Institute of lay Adventists of Kigali (INILAK)
