Aimé who heads the firm’s litigation department represents clients in court, mediation, and arbitration matters.
He handles all adoption and succession matters referred to the Firm and has a high success rate in this area. He is a member of the Kigali International Arbitration Center, a certified member (MCiarb) of the Chartered Institute of arbitration U.K and an International Accredited Mediator with the globally recognized Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) – U.K. With over 15 years of post-qualification experience Aime is an accredited court-annexed mediator with the Supreme Court of Rwanda.
Previously he worked as a legal advisor to the Rwanda Standards Bureau (RSB) where he focused on the drafting of legislation. Aimé holds a Master of Laws Degree in International Economic and Business Law from the Kigali Independent University and a Law Degree (LL. B) from the National University of Rwanda.
