OUR TEAMMs. Phoebe Kayitesi

Ms. Phoebe Kayitesi serves as a Junior Associate at Shield Associates. She is a legal researcher with experience in corporate transactions, governance, Intellectual Property, registration of companies and mortgages, and is skilled drafting legal documents. Prior to joining the team at Shield Associates Kayitesi worked as a legal intern at Rwanda Development Board where she assisted the office of the Registrar of Companies with various legal matters. She holds a Bachelor of laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Rwanda, and she is currently pursuing a post-graduate diploma in Legal Practice (P.G.D.L.P) from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development.
